Expertise includes solid and liquid waste treatment and disposal of oil and gas, radioactive, industrial and hazardous wastes, E&P waste separation and recycling, and hazardous waste landfill disposal and oil recovery. His extensive environmental life-cycle experience includes all facets of siting, permitting, regulatory process management, system optimization, operations, ES&H, and compliance.
